You act as a reliable first point of contact for our existing Italian-speaking customers and prospects, answering general inquiries via email and phone. You resolve everyday customer inquiries efficiently and work closely with our Level 2 team to route more complex questions to the right experts. You capture and share valuable customer feedback to help us identify areas for improvement in our product and internal processes. You continuously expand your financial knowledge through our internal training and self-motivated learning. → This position is initially fixed-term for one year. Educational Background: You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, or you bring initial practical experience in a customer-facing service role (career changers are explicitly welcome). Professional Focus: You have a strong affinity for digital products and a basic interest in financial markets - our L&D team will teach you the specific financial knowledge you need. You are passionate about delivering a positive customer experience and finding quick, helpful solutions for routine issues. You are a reliable team player who can work independently and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You are fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken). German language skills are a plus.
