Responsibilities

• Manage On Time Delivery and Customer Satisfaction - Satisfy customer requirement in order and delivery.
• Max revenue and Billing target achievement - Rationalize manufacturing & shipping priority for billing target achievement.
• Production Planning (MPS/MRP) - Optimize production plan, monitor production achievement and drive production improvement.
• Inventory Management - Maintain reasonable inventory including to rationalize material demand, control material flow and economize manufacturing resources.
• leadership - Monitor the team, track their performance, simplify & systemize routine work to improve efficiency and achieve planning KPI.
• What you will bring along:
• Bachelor's degree or above in Supply chain or Management related.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in leadership of supply chain management is preferred.
• knowledge of Semiconductor (diode) Industry is preferred.
• Communication skills in both Chinese & English
