Job Summary Perform various duties at ZOLL Canada Service Admin group which include but are not limited to the functions below. Essential Functions Translation to French required by the Ministry of Health in Quebec for all correspondences going out to Quebec Creating quotes for all billable repairs Sending all quotes in emails forms for approvals and managing approvals/following up with customers Booking invoices for all billable Service Requests Producing the shipping required documentation for all items (defibs, parts, accessories) shipping from Service Filing and paperwork Daily cycle count Follow up on loaners with customers (loaners' retrieval) Contract entries in Oracle Other tasks as assigned depending on workload Required/Preferred Education and Experience Post High school education in related field or equivalent experience required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Fluently bilingual in English and French (Oral and written) 1-3 years of work experience Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills High attention to details Customer focused individual Team player with positive attitude ZOLL is a fast-growing company that operates in more than 140 countries around the world.
