Production Manager

Requirements

• Diploma and above
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of production planning, quality management systems, and lean manufacturing principles is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production planning.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Job Description Plan, organize, and oversee daily production operations to ensure production targets are achieved. Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and delivery timelines. Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards. Manage and supervise production staff, including training, performance evaluation, and workforce planning. Coordinate with other departments such as Purchasing, Warehouse, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance to ensure smooth operations. Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness through process improvements. Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. Prepare production reports, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and recommend corrective actions where necessary. Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations. Manage production budgets, inventory usage, and resource allocation effectively.
