- Lead or support HR cleanup projects including organisation chart updates, handbook revisions, performance management system improvements, and recruitment tool enhancements as directed by an external HR consultant
- Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in Business Management with HR focus or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in the F&B industry (food courts, coffee shops, casual dining groups)
- Experience managing HR for multiple brands or outlets under one organisation (e.g., restaurant group, food court operator)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel for tracking, Word for policy documentation) and familiarity with MOM portals (EPOL, WPOL)
- Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with diverse operational staff
