Responsibilities

• Vehicle Delivery:Safely and efficiently deliver vehicles to customer locations as per scheduled bookings.
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections, ensuring vehicles are clean, fueled, and in good working condition.
• Provide customers with a thorough vehicle orientation, covering key features, safety instructions, and any relevant information.
• Obtain necessary documentation from customers, including identification and payment.
• Vehicle Pickup:Pick up vehicles from customer locations at the agreed-upon time.
• Conduct post-delivery inspections, identifying any damage or issues.
• Ensure the vehicle is properly cleaned and fueled.
• Update vehicle status and customer information in the company's system.
• Customer Service:Provide excellent customer service, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Vehicle Maintenance:Perform basic vehicle checks (e.g., tire pressure, fluid levels) as needed.
• Report any vehicle maintenance issues to the designated supervisor.
• Safety and Compliance:Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Maintain a safe driving record.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures.
