Role Overview As a Sr. QA Engineer within the Enterprise IT Legal, Compliance & Security Value Team, you will support the Compliance Product Line, delivering technology solutions for the Ethics & Compliance Office (ECO). In this role, you will lead the automated testing strategy, initially focusing on the enterprise-wide Restricted Party Screening (RPS) program. You will be responsible for architecting scalable test automation frameworks, embedding automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, and driving quality and compliance across complex, integrated enterprise systems. This role goes beyond test execution - you will own the testing strategy, proactively identify gaps in coverage, champion best practices in quality engineering, and ensure the highest standards of reliability and compliance across RPS. You will also perform hands-on manual testing when automation coverage is not feasible or when rapid validation is required. You will collaborate closely with developers, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Delivery Managers, the Product Manager, and should be ready to lead with a quality-first mindset, anticipate needs before they become roadmap items, and operate with a high degree of ownership and independence. Over time, this role may expand to lead quality assurance for additional programs and products across the broader Compliance Product Line. What will you do in this role - Architect, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Python to validate the functionality, performance, and security of the RPS program and integrations across the enterprise landscape. - Build and maintain scalable, reusable, and reliable test automation frameworks and tools, ensuring they support the evolving complexity of the RPS integration landscape. - Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) to enable continuous quality assurance and rapid feedback for development teams. - Own and drive the overall test strategy for the RPS program, including test planning, coverage analysis, risk-based testing prioritization, and alignment with compliance requirements. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams - including developers, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Delivery Managers, and the Product Manager - to align testing activities, requirements, and deliverables. - Analyze test results, identify defects, and drive timely resolution with development teams, providing clear root cause analysis and actionable recommendations. - Develop and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test strategy, SDLC artifacts, test plans, test cases, and test reports in alignment with organizational standards. - Perform hands-on manual testing of RPS Portal and Dashboard features to validate stakeholder-driven changes, including exploratory testing and regression verification, ensuring end-to-end quality when automation coverage is not feasible or when rapid validation is required. - Proactively identify gaps in test coverage, propose improvements, and champion best practices in test automation and quality engineering across the delivery team. - Anticipate product and quality needs proactively, identifying opportunities to build tools, prototypes, or solutions ahead of formal roadmap planning - contributing to the evolution of the RPS product and broader compliance solutions. - Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory quali
