Our client is a globally recognized, privately held boutique investment bank focused exclusively on the technology sector. Founded in 2008, the firm has advised on many of the most consequential technology transactions of the modern era, partnering closely with senior management teams and boards of directors across both established and emerging technology leaders. Headquartered in San Francisco, the firm operates with a lean, high-caliber team. The firm seeks a Senior Corporate Counsel to join its lean, high-caliber legal team. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this attorney will work at the center of the firm's deal activity - partnering with the GC and senior bankers on some of the most consequential technology transactions in the market, while contributing to the broader legal strategy of one of Silicon Valley's most respected financial institutions. The position is based in San Francisco at Three Embarcadero Center, with an expectation of three days per week in the office. Compensation is competitive with a targeted range of $325,000-$375,000 all-in, structured with a significant bonus component consistent with the firm's banking compensation model.
