Overall purpose of job: As part of Janssen PCM & Deliver, the End to End Integration Lead is responsible for leading the US NPIs, evaluating/implementing US Commercial Strategic Initiatives and management of product change activities, rest of world new product introductions (NPI) for Janssen Deliver. This position is responsible for collaborating across Janssen Supply Chain (Value Chain Management, Planning and Customer Management), Data Operations, Commercial, Quality, Finance and Regional Deliver Operations (Distribution, Transportation, Customer Service & Channel Operation, and IT) to ensure alignment of regional priorities to global and E2E strategies of Janssen. This position represents Customer and Deliver requirements related to Product Lifecycle Management and inbound and outbound processes.
