- Qualifications and Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, Production, Marketing Operations, or Business Development Support roles.
- Previous experience working in an agency environment is highly preferred.
- Proven experience coordinating proposals, RFPs, pitch processes, and new business initiatives.
- Strong written communication skills and experience creating presentations and client-facing materials.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation
- Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2) is required.
