Responsible for evaluating sales opportunities and presenting Coface services to the potential customers with the objective of expanding market penetration and growing the profits. Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions, accurate pricing & quotation process. Customer management - working closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve high standards of customer service and satisfaction throughout all areas of the business. Drive product / technical knowledge for commercial use and preparing estimates and tenders in accordance with sales and pricing policies. Organizing pricing sheets, signed contract documents, customer details to back office for seamless new business setup. Completing end-to-end new business process of customers and activating their accounts. Establishing and maintaining communication links with other internal departments to identify all sales opportunities. Attending to the required internal trainings. Working closely with the local Commercial teams and the sales team from Insurance and Debt Collection division to achieve the highest efficiency of the sales process by following group offering procedures, well-tailored offers and cost control. At least 2 years in busines-sales experience, ideally within information sales, credit insurance, fintech, marketplaces/ data organization. Degree in Sales, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Banking or equivalent. Solid understanding of business, financial, products/services, the market, and the needs of the customers. Proficiency (written and spoken) in English. Microsoft Office Applications: Outlook, Word, Excel. Soft skills: strategic sales & business development thinking, negotiation skills, analytical thinking, results-driven and oriented, ability to work independently. Willing to learn new products and to improve your knowledge. Owner of a category B driver's license - required, as you will be travelling outside the city.
