Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end commission calculation for DV Scibids Revenue stream and Account Management bonuses. Manage the quarterly/bi-annual payout workflow and monthly accrual process.
- Review and audit commercial compensation plans for accuracy, completeness and alignment to approved plan documents.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline our financial model. Leverage automation tools and AI to improve calculation accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on sales attainment against established quotas.
- Prepare, validate, and distribute commission statements to our sales organization and act as a point of contact for commission inquiries.
- Support financial reporting by regularly assigning client classifications and managing advertiser mapping.
- Provide ad hoc reporting and analytical support for our regional sales team, Commercial leadership, and Finance organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 1+ years of related work experience in FP&A, Sales Operations, or a highly analytical data role.
- Highly proficient in Excel, with a proven ability to audit, replicate, and maintain complex financial and data models.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners.
- Prior experience in Digital Advertising or a similar technology industry is a plus.
