We move money across 80+ emerging market corridors and are now opening that infrastructure to institutional clients - crypto exchanges, fintechs, MTOs, and corporate treasury teams. This is an early commercial hire into that business. You'll own a pipeline of institutional partners from first contact through to live. You'll work closely with trading and ops to structure deals and get clients across the line quickly.
Responsibilities
- Source and close new institutional partnerships across crypto, fintech, and payments
- Manage the full BD cycle, outreach, qualification, commercial negotiation, onboarding handoff
- Represent Taptap Send at industry events and build profile in target segments
- Work with internal teams to translate client needs into product and corridor priorities
- Maintain a clean pipeline and report directly to senior leadership
Requirements
- 3-5 years in BD, partnerships, or sales within payments, crypto, or FX
- An existing network across crypto exchanges, MTOs, or EM fintechs
- Comfortable selling a technical product to sophisticated buyers, treasury teams, CFOs, heads of payments
- Organised, self-directed, and happy working without a large support structure around you
