  • Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure.
  • Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area .
  • Note: Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting. The work shift will contain the word 'exempt' on it.

Job Description: Reporting to the VP - Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer, the Compliance Program Manager supports the development, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of the Compliance Program for John Muir Health, John Muir Physician Network, John Muir Behavioral Health, and John Muir Health Foundation (collectively, "JMH"). The Compliance Program Manager is a key contributor to the Compliance Department's goals and objectives and helps ensure the effective day-to-day operation of the Compliance Program. Education: BA/BS degree in business, healthcare administration, health information management, public health, or a related field required . Relevant experience in a related healthcare or compliance may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis.
