- What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field (or equivalent military experience)
- 8-10 years of experience in industrial utilities, facilities, or maintenance engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with: Steam boilers
- Air compressors and dryers
- Chillers and cooling towers
- Heat transfer fluid systems
- HVAC systems
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical/process issues
- Experience developing maintenance strategies and work scopes
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in a plant environment
- SAP and Microsoft Office experience is a plus
