- Community Engagement: Contribute data-driven content and insights to the client operations community, fostering knowledge sharing and the dissemination of best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with client operations leads, GCS teams, and other stakeholders to understand data needs, gather requirements, and ensure analytical solutions are relevant and impactful.
