Responsibilities

  • Design scalable analytical frameworks to evaluate diverse datasets across customer, product, and operations domains.
  • Aggregate and harmonize structured and unstructured data into unified customer insight models.

  • Proven ability to develop and apply machine learning models in a product or customer analytics context.
  • Expertise in data visualization and dashboarding tools.
  • Clear communicator with the ability to translate technical insights into business impact for diverse audiences.

Requirements

  • Experience in product analytics, customer experience, or SaaS environments.
  • Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and sentiment analysis techniques.
  • Exposure to cloud-based data platforms and modern data infrastructure.
  • This position will be located in San Francisco, CA or Boston, MA and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
