Requirements

• BS/BE or above
• 7+ years proven experiences in Sales, Account Manager or relevant role
• 3+ years experiences working with TSMC in Advanced Packaging or CMP related markets
• Good prioritizing capability, self-motivated and passionate
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English
• Strong negotiation skill with well planned & aligned strategies to close deals for maximized benefits for the Company
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level

Job Responsibilities Develop business opportunities in Advanced Packaging or CMP market at TSMC Identify customer's key opinion leaders and build strong relationships Work closely with business units to drive product penetrations Create well throughout business plans and account profiles. Execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals Monitor market competitions and customer trends. Analyze and proactively respond to the changes to keep Company and products competitive Ensure all customer related matters are addressed and attended well Job Location : Hsinch u ; travel in Taiwan required ( 4 0%)
