- Experience working with HRIS, LMS, SSO, or API-based integrations in large-scale enterprise environments
- Strong ability to build and deliver tailored product demos that align to real-world business needs
- Deep understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance in global enterprise contexts
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to create clear, reusable documentation that supports implementation and adoption
- Comfort advising across feasibility, architecture, and platform configuration tradeoffs
- Experience gathering and structuring product feedback to inform roadmap conversations
