Responsibilities

  • Lead FP&A activities (Actuals, Budget, Long Range Operating Plans, and other forecasts) while ensuring proper linkage with the Global Customer Business Line and Corporate teams

  • Additional Information:
  • This position is aligned to the Oncology business units and includes responsibility for financial support across the US Oncology portfolios. The position oversees three direct reports and is located in Upper Gwynedd, PA.
  • Required Experience and Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years in a role providing direct support to internal business customers (e.g, Marketing, Manufacturing, Research)
  • Minimum of 5 years in the pharmaceutical, technology, marketing, or sales industries
  • Preferred Experience and Skills:
  • MBA, CPA or other Master's/PhD in Business, Finance or Engineering
  • Strong compliance focus, financial acumen, analytical skills, and knowledge of finance systems and planning and reporting processes
  • Sound and balanced judgment, with the ability to assess and manage risk and quickly drive decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to provide strategic guidance for evolving operating models
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build peer and client relationships and influence outcomes (both vertically and horizontally)
  • Strong people management experience, building, managing and motivating teams in a challenging and complex environment
  • Passion and intellectual curiosity with respect to healthcare industry
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • Strong computer skills, especially working with Excel and PowerPoint

Job Description The Director will work extensively with US Commercial teams as a key financial and strategic business partner to support the goals and growth of our Company's US Human Health Commercial business. The Director is responsible for forecasting, budgeting, Sales & Operations Planning, and financial evaluation activity for their business area. The director partners closely with cross functional teams, including marketing, sales, account management, research, manufacturing, legal, compliance and corporate teams to evaluate business performance and identify, evaluate and execute strategic opportunities. The Director will develop a deep understanding of their business area and their strategic contribution to the broader our Company's enterprise. A successful candidate will have an intrinsic curiosity about the healthcare industry, a dedication to serving customers, a passion for learning, and an eagerness to collaborate in solving complex business challenges.
