Job Description: Responsible for receiving, organizing and reviewing tender specification. Responsible for ensuring that an efficient filing system for clarifications and submissions is maintained, as well as the safe custody of cost estimations for all tenders Responsible for coordinating and requesting quotations from Procurement & Subcontracting department, suppliers and contractors to update cost database Responsible for preparing cost estimations in a timely fashion for submission to respective superior(s) for review of cost and formulation of pricing strategy Responsible for regular updating of commercial data, commodity market indices, market cost data, unit rates and technical information on materials, services and labor for executive management to make informed decisions. Responsible for preparing post project costing analysis report and submit it to superior(s) for review. Job Requirements: Degree/Diploma in any Engineering or technical discipline Project estimating experience Knowledge of costing, materials, and production methods Proficient in Microsoft Excel
