Your Day to Day As a Staff Full-stack Engineer (Frontend, JavaScript) , you would be working on Delivering innovative solutions - solving everything in the remote support world without barriers, with high quality, user-friendly and cross-browser experienc es, while leveraging modern AI-assisted development tools where appropriate to enhance productivity and solution quality Driving technical initiatives within a team or organization and take on leadership responsibilities , including promoting the responsible adoption of AI-supported engineering practices Designing, building and maintaining reusable, performant, and reliable UI components, single-page applications and micro-services used by millions of users by collaborating closely with designers, product managers and other stakeholders to define project requirements, UI design and scope , while utilizing AI tools to support design, prototyping, and implementation where beneficial Building well-crafted software, and covering your code with unit- and integration tests, conducting code reviews and give valuable feedback to your colleagues, mentoring other people and continuously improving yourself and your team's processes, brainstorming ideas In a cross-functional team in agile environment, taking ownership of features and epics with a strong team of enthusiastic and talented experts a nd leveraging AI where appropriate to support analysis, documentation, and decision-making while maintaining transparency and alignment
