About the role

You will represent Sierra Air Conditioning & Plumbing at a Costco location by connecting with members and helping them learn about solutions for their home comfort needs. Your primary focus will be starting friendly conversations, sharing information about our HVAC services, and scheduling appointments for our technicians or comfort advisors. You don't need HVAC experience - we'll train you. What matters most is your energy, communication skills, and willingness to engage with customers.

Responsibilities

• Start friendly conversations with Costco members about their home comfort needs
• Share information about Sierra's HVAC services, programs, and promotions
• Schedule qualified appointments for service, diagnostic assessments, or replacement estimates
• Represent Sierra with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a helpful attitude
• Work toward appointment-setting goals and team performance targets
• Build confidence and skills in communication, customer outreach, and sales
• Maintain accurate information when scheduling appointments

Requirements
