About the role

The Demand Generation Specialist is responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies and campaigns for customer acquisition and expansion for the B2B channel, B2C online and retail business. Job description FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Execute demand generation strategy to generate MQLs, SQLs and drive new business with existing customers. - Execute marketing campaigns and content strategies and programs across multiple channels, including content syndication, digital & social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising. - Work closely with internal collaborators, content providers and 3rd party lead gen vendors to execute and monitor marketing program performance in cooperation with managing employee. - Develop collateral, web content, lead magnets and other assets and execute with the assistance of internal creative teams or external agencies as needed. - Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience targeting, marketing techniques and processes. - Maintain a campaign measurement framework to achieve campaign-level KPIs and ensure optimization in alignment with overall demand generation funnel targets for acquisition and expansion. - Maintain a cadence of reporting, monitor program performance and identify areas for improvement, measuring results and metrics. - Utilize the allocated budget for marketing program. - Ensure regular updates of information in the CRM system. - Plan and coordinate the work of colleagues in accordance with superior's instructions, be responsible for the performance of the tasks entrusted to it in accordance with established procedures and processes and prioritize tasks of colleagues in order to meet established objectives and achieve required results. - Carry out other work according to the instructions of a managing employee in accordance with the activity of the department and the company.
