Responsibilities
- Process end-to-end payroll for multiple clients accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and submit CPF, SDL, NS claims, IR21 tax clearance, and other payroll-related statutory filings.
- Handle client enquiries relating to salary calculations, leave balances, overtime, deductions, and payroll policies.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, salary revisions, transfers, and terminations.
- Prepare payroll reports, bank payment files, and management reports.
- Review payroll data, investigate discrepancies, and resolve payroll issues promptly.
- Support payroll audits and maintain proper payroll documentation.
- Liaise with clients, government agencies, and internal stakeholders on payroll matters.
- Assist with payroll onboarding, data migration, payroll implementation, and system setup for new clients.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and statutory regulations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of payroll processing experience, preferably in a payroll outsourcing environment.
- Experience managing payroll for multiple clients.
- Experience in payroll onboarding, payroll implementation, or data migration will be an advantage.
- Experience in processing Malaysia payroll will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with payroll software and HRIS systems is preferred.
