Position Overview The Casino Supervisor oversees daily casino floor operations to ensure compliance with gaming regulations, exceptional guest experiences, and efficient team performance. This salaried role is responsible for supervising gaming staff, resolving guest concerns, and maintaining a safe, secure, and high-energy environment. The Casino Supervisor partners closely with leadership to uphold company standards and drive operational excellence. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The following duties are representative but not all-inclusive: Supervise, coach, and support gaming staff, including dealers, slot attendants, and floor personnel Monitor gaming activities to ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations Address and resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and disputes in a professional and timely manner Observe patron behavior for suspicious or irregular activity; escalate concerns to security as needed Ensure gaming equipment is operational; report and coordinate maintenance issues promptly Train and mentor team members on procedures, compliance requirements, and service standards Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to gaming operations Assist with scheduling, staffing levels, and labor cost management Cooperating with management to improve operational processes and guest satisfaction Enforce safety, security, and responsible gaming policies across the casino floor
