Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations, maintenance activities, and repair works across multiple project locations.
- Manage and supervise site coordinators, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure operational efficiency.

- Ensure proper submission of service reports, work orders, maintenance records, and safety documentation.
- Lead operational meetings, toolbox briefings, and technical discussions with site teams.
- Travel to multiple project sites across Singapore for operational support and inspections.
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in site management, maintenance operations, or technical services management.
- English and Chinese language proficiency preferred to communicate with English and Chinese speaking customers, suppliers, and workers.
- Strong technical knowledge in plumbing, filtration systems, pump systems, piping works, dosing systems, and water treatment operations.
- Experience in swimming pool and water feature maintenance industry is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, team management, and operational coordination skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in customer relationship management and sales support.
- Able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and operational issues effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, email communication, and digital reporting systems.
- Possess Singapore Class 3 driving licenses preferred.
