The team you will be part of The Brand Management Team is the trusted partner for leading brands across Southeast Asia in strategic planning and driving sustainable online business growth. By analyzing performance, identifying opportunities, and aligning with our clients' commercial objectives, the team develops and executes data-backed strategies that maximize conversion and revenue. With a strong grasp of category dynamics and platform trends, and driving collaboration and coordination across other functions internally, Brand Management plays a key role in shaping long-term brand success in the digital commerce space. The part you will play The Regional Commercial Excellence Manager is a central role focusing on driving operational support across commercial, graphic design and chat functions - our core service offerings. We are looking for a dual role of account management with strong PMO skills to develop processes to drive efficiency and quality in service offers, support tool adoption and leverage the right tools, data and systems to improve how we service our brand clients. As a Regional Commercial Excellence Manager you will take charge of Drive regional key account management for strategic clients, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and consistent performance across markets Drive commercial excellence projects pertaining to the adoption of internal and external tools to elevate Intrepid's service quality Focus on training and development initiatives for Intrepid's key account managers including supporting training curriculum development, materials development and hosting regular training sessions across the region Drive data-driven and customer-focused initiatives to optimize account management performance Manage the smooth implementation of new tools and processes to support commercial teams Engage in consultation with relevant stakeholders on issues associated with the success of customer experience projects and recommend improvements Identify key competitive trends on ecommerce platforms to ensure that best practices are well identified and adopted by Intrepid Group Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and enhance client satisfaction Monitor and optimize key account performance using data-driven insights to support revenue growth and service excellence What we are looking for - the ideal profile Fluent in English Experience with business fundamentals 2-5 years+ of work experience preferably in an ecommerce, marketing or commercial role Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities An entrepreneurial and can-do spirit, comfortable with being able to work independently In return, you will be getting We work with the most ambitious leading brands in ecommerce across South East Asia and the brand management team is the key interface between brands and our different in-house teams.
