Manufacturing Engineer (Electronics)

About the role

Involvement in DFM, DFA and DFT reviews. Develop end-to-end production methods, process flow, work instructions, and tooling, fixture requirements. Point of contact with the Engineering team to ensure BOM accuracy and working/coordinating ECN Lead and analyze Pilot runs & Prototype Build to validate that both the product and the process meet technical requirements before full launch. Perform Process PFMEA to identify and mitigate potential production risks. Technical liaison between engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality teams. Collaborate with the sourcing team to ensure component readiness, quality, and material flow. Improve manufacturing efficiency through analysis and planning of workflow, space requirements, plant, and equipment layout. Design and implementation of fixtures for assembly operations Implement ways to measure productivity and formulate process improvements plans. Identify and implement lean manufacturing opportunities. Support large capital project initiatives. Develop and implement automation solutions. Develop and document operational procedures compliant with ISO 9001-2015 Work with global initiatives Requirement At least a Bachelor's degree in engineering Industrial or Mechanical engineering or related fields. Prior 5+ years of experience within manufacturing engineering with assembly and machining processes.
