Job description Oversee end-to-end operations of the outlet ensuring excellent customer service, supply reliability, regulatory compliance and ongoing process improvements. Execute action plans for events. Ensure smooth running of outlet operations and seamless customer service. Skilled manager in customer enquiry / issue. Proficient in Mandarin in order to liaise with overseas vendors. Good team player and can work independently. Organized, meticulous, proactive & have 'can-do' attitude.
