About the role

Complete long-term OT assessments and reviews Manage Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) cases from assessment through to implementation Carry out complex moving & handling assessments Provide clinical supervision to OTAs Participate in duty rota and respond to urgent referrals Work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred

Requirements

• Proven experience within Long Term OT teams
• Strong background in DFGs and adaptations
• Skilled in moving & handling assessments
• Experience supervising staff (OTAs)
• Confident managing a busy caseload and duty work
