We are looking for an Industrial Controlling Specialist to join our Office in Wuppertal . Reporting directly to the Industrial Controlling Manager .

Responsibilities

• Support the Wuppertal Plant Manager on all financial and economic matters
• Participate in monthly reviews and analyses of cost accruals
• Prepare and continuously optimize key efficiency KPIs, including material, efficiency, and other variable costs
• Support cost forecasting and budgeting processes to ensure financial transparency and accuracy
• Lead the quarterly physical Work-in-Progress (WIP) inventory process
• Serve as a business partner for core operational processes, ensuring accurate stock management and timely transaction booking
• Take full ownership of the annual planning process for the plant (ca. €300M in revenue)
• Conduct product cost calculations and perform comparative analyses
• Your profile
• Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance/Controlling or a comparable qualification (e.g. commercial training & further training in finance or controlling)
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in controlling within an industrial environment
• Strong ability to work independently with a structured and goal-oriented mindset
• Solid technical understanding due to close collaboration with operatio

Ihre Aufgaben Unterstützung des Wuppertaler Werksleiters in allen finanziellen und wirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen Mitarbeit bei der monatlichen Überprüfung und Analyse von Kostenabgrenzungen Erstellung und kontinuierliche Optimierung zentraler Effizienz-KPIs, insbesondere in den Bereichen Material, Effizienz und weitere variable Kosten Unterstützung bei Kostenprognosen und Budgetierungsprozessen zur Sicherstellung von Transparenz und Genauigkeit Leitung des quartalsweisen physischen Work-in-Progress (WIP)-Inventurprozesses Business Partner für zentrale operative Prozesse mit Fokus auf korrekte Bestandsführung und zeitgerechte Buchungen Gesamtverantwortung für den jährlichen Planungsprozess des Werks (ca. 300 Mio. € Umsatz) Durchführung von Produktkalkulationen sowie Vergleichsanalysen Ihr Profil Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Finance/Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z.
