Responsibilities
- Operate shuttle buses safely along designated routes and schedules.

- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and security procedures.
- Report all incidents, accidents, vehicle damage, or suspicious activities promptly.
- Maintain accurate trip and fuel logs and ensure vehicle cleanliness.
- EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional shuttle bus or commercial driving experience. Experience with maintenance coordination is highly preferred.
- Licensing: Valid Ontario Class [C or F, depending on vehicle capacity] driver's license with an excellent driving record (abstract required).
- Must possess a valid "Z" (Air Brake) endorsement if the vehicle is equipped with air brakes.
- Exceptional driving skills with a strong emphasis on safety and defensive driving.
- Basic mechanical aptitude for pre-trip inspections and identifying vehicle issues.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and logs (manual and/or digital).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance schedules and requirements.
- Physical Requirements:
