Responsibilities
- As a Competence Engineer in our CRE team, you will act as a subject matter expert and take full ownership of the performance, availability and further development of a critical facility or supply system within the technical building infrastructure at our Berlin sites in Neukölln and Köpenick.
- As a Competence Engineer, you will:
- Assume operational responsibility in line with Business Continuity Management and ensure its implementation with external service providers.

- Inspect technical installations, process error reports, follow up on recurring issues, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the respective field, ideally in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of norms, standards and legal requirements in building and energy engineering.
- Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
