Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine data needs and successfully execute solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through strict quality control measures.
- Provide world-class analytical support for the global commercial organization.
- Coordinate the creation and maintenance of data visualizations and dashboards to improve data accessibility and decision-making.
Requirements
- We're looking for a manager who balances people leadership with technical credibility.
- 8+ years of experience in data or business analytics, with at least 2-3 years in a people management or team lead role.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with modern data stack tools (Snowflake, dBT, ETL workflows).
- Experience with BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proven track record to lead and grow analytical talent - including hiring, performance management, and mentorship.
- Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and analytical best practices.
- Excellent communication skills - able to make complex data concepts accessible to non-technical audiences.
