Contract: Apprenticeship (1-2 years) from September Location: Paris 13ème arrondissement Job description: We are looking for an apprentice in communications within the Marketing & Development department, to support the Marketing & Communications team. In a European context, you will be in regular contact with several countries of the organization (France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland, Denmark, etc.). Fluency in English is mandatory. Your main missions will be as follow: Social media support: Support the management of the ROCKWOOL Core Solutions LinkedIn & YouTube pages Assist with post creation, planning and publication Contribute to the creation of visual assets and content Support the preparation of social media reporting Conduct social media benchmark, competitors analysis and proposal for strategic improvements Operational Marketing & Communications activities: Participation in the implementation of different campaigns with creation of content and visuals and analysis of results Help drafting, adapting, copywriting and proofreading content for our different channels (website, PPT, visuals, emails, ads, landing pages, renderings, etc.) Assist in maintaining communication assets and documentation Assist with the organisation of internal & external events (prepare assets, communications materials, coordination support) Support coordination with internal teams and external agencies Travels in Europe approximately once per quarter. Your profile : Enrolling in a master's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications or similar field Ability to communicate and interact in an internation and diverse environment Well-organised with the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Positive, action-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach to tasks Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and work independently Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint Interest in content creation including visual assets and copywriting Strong interest in social media and communication Fluent in English with strong writing skills
