Responsibilities
- You own a clearly defined greenfield territory across Norway's public sector. Your job is to open doors and build qualified pipeline -- you hand off to the Devoteam sales team once an account is in motion.
- Concretely:
- Prospect and book a minimum of 10 qualified meetings per month with decision-makers across Norwegian municipalities, health authorities, and higher education institutions
- Identify and register partner-sourced opportunities in CRM and Google Partner Hub
- Build account heatmaps for prioritized targets, starting with Helse Sor-Øst and mid-to-large kommuner with active digitalization budgets
- Participate in bi-weekly pipeline reviews with the Devoteam Norway team and Google Cloud PDM
- Contribute to two joint success stories over the engagement period
- The solution focus is Agentic Workplace Transformation (AWT), AI and Agents, and data modernization. You do not need to be a technical expert -- you need to know enough to map Google Cloud's public sector relevance and get the right people in the room.
- Who we are looking for
- Experiences in B2B sales or lead generation, specifically in the Nordic technology sector
- Proven experience navigating Norwegian public sector procurement -- municipalities, RHFs, or higher education
- Comfortable talking about cloud, AI, and digital transformation at a commercial level
- Norwegian fluency is a significant advantage and preferred for this role; English required
- Based in Oslo or Stockholm; Oslo proximity preferred given the territory focus
- Self-directed and comfortable operating as a contractor within a larger partner ecosystem
