About the role
We're hiring a Growth Product Manager to own the growth engine across our product portfolio, both OpusClip , our flagship clipping product, and Agent Opus , our agentic AI video creation product, spanning monetization, pricing, conversion, and the surfaces where product meets marketing.
Responsibilities
- Own Growth End-to-End: Drive the growth roadmap for both OpusClip and Agent Opus across conversion, monetization, and retention, and own the business results, not just the features.
- Lead Pricing & Monetization: Design pricing, packaging, and credit systems for the AI era. Balance unit economics, margins, and ToC vs. enterprise tradeoffs, and align stakeholders around a clear, reasoned plan.
- Run a Rigorous Experimentation Engine: Define, track, and analyze key growth metrics; design and monitor A/B tests; turn data into decisions and decisions into revenue.
- Own the Product-Marketing Interface: Ship the surfaces that power campaigns and acquisition, promos, lifecycle email, SEO and web pages, localization, in close partnership with the marketing team.
- Shape New Products' Growth From Day One: Bring your growth playbook to Agent Opus as it scales, from onboarding and activation to how an agentic AI product should monetize.
Requirements
- 3~5 years of experience in product management, growth, or product analytics for subscription software (SaaS or prosumer tools)
- Exceptional data instincts. Fluent in metrics, funnels, cohort analysis, and A/B testing, comfortable doing the math behind pricing and unit economics
- Strong stakeholder management. You can take input from founders, marketing, and engineering and land a decision everyone can stand behind
- Excellent cross-functional communication , especially partnering with marketing teams
- High ownership and entrepreneurial drive . You treat the business result like it's your own P&L
- Comfortable collaborating across global time zones
- Bonus If You Have
- An economics or other quantitative background
- Direct pricing, packaging, or monetization experience, especially with AI products (credit systems, usage-based pricing)
- Background in creator tools, video editing, or the creator economy
- Hands-on AI/LLM product experience, or the ability to prototype with code or no-code tools
- This Role Probably Isn't Right For You If...
- Dashboards, experiment design, and pricing math feel like chores rather than home turf
- Your experience is mainly with ad-monetized consumer or social products, and you've never grown a product that users pay for
- You'd rather build features than move metrics, owning a revenue number doesn't excite you
- You're uncomfortable with rapid experimentation, ambiguity, or having bets fail in public
- You prefer to keep marketing at arm's length
