Head, Property & Housekeeping

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, repair, and enhancement of Club buildings, facilities, infrastructure, and assets to ensure safety, functionality, and operational efficiency
• Direct and manage housekeeping services to achieve high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across all Club premises
• Lead renovation, upgrading, and development projects to improve facility quality and member experience
• Drive continuous improvement, sustainability, and innovation initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and asset value
• Manage departmental budgets, procurement processes, contracts, and vendor performance to optimize resource use and cost efficiency
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, health, and environmental regulations to maintain legal and operational standards
• Lead, develop, and motivate the Property and Housekeeping teams to build a high-performing workforce
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align property and housekeeping operations with the Club's strategic objectives and enhance member satisfaction
• Required competencies and certifications
• Degree in Hospitality Management, Club Management, Facilities Management, Property Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in housekeeping, facilities, property maintenance, or hospitality operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial position
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, building maintenance, workplace safety, and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in budgeting, inventory control, manpower planning, and vendor management
• Good leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Certifications in Workplace Safety & Health (WSH), Fire Safety, Facilities Management, & housekeeping operations
