This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of deep domain knowledge, commercial growth strategy, and a proven track record of managing complex financial products. You will be the primary architect of our ETF data product roadmap, ensuring our marketplace remains the premier destination for institutional investors. This role requires a highly developed level of professional, technical, and market microstructure knowledge combined with the ability to influence and negotiate across senior stakeholder groups. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap: Lead the long-term roadmap for ETF analytics, focusing on liquidity metrics, basket composition data, and integration specifically for the Canadian market. Exercise autonomy to make critical decisions directly impacting the ETF analytics portfolio and resolve complex issues within the business unit. Advise senior leadership on broader marketplace data strategies. Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial concept and regulatory filing to launch and post-trade analysis. Design product pricing, packaging, and distribution strategies for global redistributors and institutional clients. Identify "white space" opportunities in the market data ecosystem. Translate high-level business goals into short-term tactical execution strategies (up to a 1-year decision-making horizon) to successfully deliver complex project milestone outcomes. Client Engagement: Lead deep-dive discovery sessions with clients to translate complex data pain points into high-value product features. Functional & Peer Guidance: While operating primarily as an individual contributor, provide strong project, technical, and functional guidance across the immediate division. May plan, assign, and direct the project workflows of collaborative, cross-functional team members.
