Job Summary We are looking for a driven Telesales Executive to promote the Bank's Credit Card and Unsecured Loan products to existing customers. The role involves engaging customers through outbound calls, understanding their financial needs, recommending suitable products, and delivering excellent customer service while meeting sales and compliance standards. Highlights Promote Credit Card and Unsecured Loan products through outbound telesales calls to existing customers. Identify customers' financial needs and recommend suitable unsecured lending solutions. Provide clear, accurate, and professional product information. Deliver excellent customer service while achieving sales targets. Ensure compliance with the Bank's internal policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. Job Requirements Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification. Prior experience in telesales, sales, customer service, or banking is preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-driven with a customer-focused mindset. Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Knowledge of Credit Cards, Unsecured Loans, or Banking products is an advantage.
