Responsibilities
- Develop and ensure that the stakeholder engagement strategy, execution, and focus are aligned to support product market access goals, therapeutic leadership, and corporate reputation.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business, health policy, health economics, life sciences or healthcare discipline; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of pharmaceutical / biotech industry experience including experience in market access & stakeholders management.
- Demonstrated key payer relationships and accomplishments at the national and local level.
- Demonstrated excellence in portfolio management and project management.
- Successful experience in leading cross-functional teams
- Have successfully demonstrated the ability to build strong relationships with high level leaders and external stakeholders.
- Consultative partnerships: ability to identify emerging stakeholder needs and to problem-solve in innovative ways (programs, contracts etc.) to help CSL meet those needs.
- In-depth knowledge of Canadian Public and Private reimbursement, HTA and formulary listings processes
- Ability to work independently and take the lead role on assigned projects.
- Sound judgment.

The individual will be responsible for managing all relationships with public & private payers, and other relevant stakeholders, in support of market access goals for the Business Unit.
