- You collaborate with product, engineering leaders, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality, user-focused solutions
- You champion agile practices, code reviews, automated testing, and engineering excellence
- You continuously improve development processes, tools, and team effectiveness
- You partner with staff engineers and your team to make sound, timely technical decisions
- You foster cross-functional collaboration and encourage innovative problem-solving
- You contribute to the overall product direction and long-term technical strategy
