Part Time TCG Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection, purchases, and inquiries
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations for various TCGs (e.g., Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, etc.)
• Conduct and facilitate TCG gameplay sessions.
• Manage online sales platforms.
• Manage shop displays and merchandising to create an engaging environment
• Support in organizing in-store events, tournaments, and promotional activities
• Handle cashiering, stock management, and basic store operations
• Carry out any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager

Requirements

• Strong interest and knowledge in trading card games (Pokémon, MTG, Yu-Gi-Oh!, etc.)
• Outgoing, customer-oriented, and able to engage with players and collectors
• Retail or customer service experience is an advantage
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Team player with good communication skills

Additional Information

Remuneration Part-time : SGD $10 per hour (SGD $12 per hour on public holidays) Probation 3 months to entitle Sale Commission
