Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee civil engineering projects from design through completion, ensuring they meet technical specifications, budgets, and timelines.
• Conduct site inspections and surveys, monitor construction progress, and ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare detailed project reports, schedules, and cost estimates to support project planning and management.
• Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve technical issues, optimize processes, and ensure high-quality project outcomes.
• Review and approve design drawings, technical documents, and material specifications, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure projects stay on track.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
