Position Summary The Director, Procurement Management, is responsible for leading CGC's procurement management function, ensuring that procurement activities are executed efficiently, compliantly, and in alignment with organizational priorities. This role combines project management, operational leadership, and procurement oversight to support a growing, mission-driven organization operating in a federal grant-funded environment. The Director will serve as the primary owner of procurement processes and policies, guiding internal stakeholders through procurement and contracting activities from planning and scope of development through award, execution, and administration. The role requires strong organizational and cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to balance compliance requirements with practical operational needs. The Director will oversee external procurement support resources and initially participate in certain day-to-day procurement activities while building a scalable procurement function including additional internal staffing and systems that support efficient procurement operations across the organization. Reports to the VP, Finance & Operations and works closely with Legal, Finance, and Operations Leadership.
