- Bachelor's degree required; CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred
- Minimum of five years of progressive experience in accounting, financial reporting, and/or financial systems, including public company experience
- At least two years of experience in a leadership role
- Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP consolidation principles, including intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, and equity method investments
- Hands-on experience with consolidation and ERP systems, with SAP experience preferred

- Background in Big 4 or national public accounting firm and experience supporting M&A integrations or legal entity restructurings
- Strong technical and systems-oriented mindset, proven people leadership and stakeholder management skills, high attention to detail, and ability to communicate and influence effectively under tight deadlines
