Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our market share within business information services Identify and pursue new business opportunities with a focus on C-level decision-makers in target companies Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth implementation of client solutions Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies Prepare and deliver comprehensive business proposals and demonstrations to potential clients Maintain accurate sales forecasts and report on key performance indicators Participate in and represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences Continuously expand your knowledge of business information products and services to provide expert guidance to clients What will your responsibilities be? Achieving monthly target (that consists of sales to new and existing clients), Commit to departmental and individual KPI/ goals (talk time, answered calls, offers, meetings etc.), that may vary. Who are we looking for? An excellent communicator with: Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone; Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g.CRM software) and telephone systems; Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects; Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection; Good negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints; Excellent knowledge of English; Typically 2-4 years of experience, preferably in Telesales field / completed university degree;
