The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and analytical SEO Manager to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will develop and lead the SEO strategy across our digital platforms to improve organic search visibility, increase inbound traffic, and ultimately drive revenue growth. You will work closely with content creators, digital marketers, product teams, and web developers to develop and execute SEO best practices that align with overall brand goals. You will analyse website performance data and search trends to identify opportunities for optimization and growth. Key Responsibilities As our SEO Manager , you will: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve visibility and performance across Google SERPS and LLMs for both grahambrown.com and notwohouses.com globally Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO audits to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented technically. Optimize on-page content, meta tags, headings, and site architecture for SEO. Monitor and analyse SEO performance metrics and generate reports to inform strategy. Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, tools, and algorithm changes. Work cross-functionally with content, marketing, and product teams to align SEO efforts with business objectives. The ideal SEO Manager will have: Proven experience developing and executing successful SEO strategies in a commercial environment. Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Understanding of HTML, CSS and technical SEO principles. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience in content marketing and keyword research methodologies.
