About the role

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Service Advisor to become a key part of our busy and successful Service Team in Albany. This role will see you managing customer requirements for service and repair, including, keeping the workshop fully booked and running efficiently opening & closing workshop jobs and preparing job cards communicating with the workshop team to provide customers with progress updates monitoring work-in-progress and updating customers on delays preparing job cards for invoicing ensuring a high level of customer service To be successful, you will need: a passion for customer service with a personable friendly manner sound verbal and written communication skills a can-do team attitude impeccable time management and organisational skills professional telephone manner computer literacy and accurate data entry skills You may already be a successful service administrator keen to take on your next challenge; or maybe you're a mechanic wanting off the tools and ready for a change of scenery.
